With a contribution rate of 16,20 percent, AOK Hessen is not one of the cheaper health insurance funds. Its strength is its extensive network of branch offices.

It is never far to the next customer service center. Those who prefer to handle health insurance matters from home can use the service hotline, video telephony, or the "Meine AOK" online portal. With additional individual offers for treatment, therapy, and care, AOK Hessen provides benefits beyond the statutory standard.
