Private health insurance for doctors

Inter Krankenversicherung offers a wide range of private health insurance plans (called tariffs in Germany) for doctors. In the Inter QualiMed series of tariffs designed for doctors, a choice can be made between basic, exclusive and premium coverage. While the basic plan only covers employed doctors, the exclusive and premium plans also allows the insurance of dependents. There is a separate tariff for the children of doctors and dentists, which is also suitable for students. Dentists can choose between exclusive and premium coverage with Inter Krankenversicherung.

Health insurance for civil servants

INTER Krankenversicherung offers a basic tariff and three supplementary insurances for civil servants. The basic tariff BK U covers outpatient, inpatient, and dental benefits. The supplementary tariff BW U can supplement the comprehensive insurance with hospital accommodation in two-bed rooms and treatment by a chief physician. With the BE U tariff, accommodation in one-bed rooms is possible.

Supplementary insurance

INTER QualiMed Z supplementary insurance from Inter Krankenversicherung offers various additional benefits. This includes outpatient and inpatient supplemental insurance, and supplementary dental insurance. Inter Krankenversicherung's travel health insurance protects against high treatment costs abroad.
