All statutory health insurance funds also charge an additional contribution. Here, we calculate for you the actual total contribution.

Notes on the use of the calculator:
Long-term care insurance: Only the health insurance contribution is given. Long-term care insurance is not included. The contribution rate for long-term care insurance is the same for all members of statutory health insurance funds: 3,4
percent for contributors with children, 4,0
percent for contributors over 23 without children.
Pensioners: The contribution amount here is calculated according to the method for calculating contributions with respect to statutory pensions. Other methods of calculation apply to other sources of income, such as company pensions, and are not taken into account here.
